Q : If I am using Shopify, where can I find the secret key ?
A : Secret key in shopify is nothing but your salt value of PayU. To get the same, Login to the PayU merchant Panel -> Click on SETTINGS -> Click on VIEW SALT (Take Salt from here) Please ensure there is no space before or after the updation of credentials.
Q : Is there any API to check the exact status of any transaction(routed through PayU)?
A : Yes, our verify_payment API helps you to know the exact status of transaction. Please refer to page 28 of our Integration Document v2.5 .

A : Alias can be changed and is used while logging into the merchant dashboard while merchant key is used in the Post request (of transaction).
Q : I am unable to login to PayU merchant dashboard ?
A : Use our Password reset option by visiting www.payubiz.in > click on signin > click on Trouble signin ? > Provide your registered email id. You will get password reset link on your on your email id.
Q : I am not getting password reset link on my email id ?
A : Password reset link will be sent to the registered email id of yours with PayU. Please get the same checked with your key account manager (PayU).

Q : What is surl - furl, what values I have to post here?
A : Success URL (surl)- This parameter must contain the URL on which PayU will redirect the final response if the transaction is successful. The response handling can then be done by you after redirection to this URL.
Failure URL (furl) - This parameter must contain the URL on which PayU will redirect the final response if the transaction is failed. The response handling can then be done by you after redirection to this URL.
Q : In case seamless integration, where can I find the value of parameters “pg” and “bankcode” ?
A : Please refer to page 17 of our Integration Document v2.5 for the value of “pg”. And for parameter “bankcode” Attached is the list of bankcodes for NB and EMI. Please find the same.
Q : How can I use email invoice feature from PayU ?
A : Merchant needs to click on the “new email invoice” and then they have to enter the details, choose the “default template” option and email invoice would get send to the customer email.
Q : How can I use sms invoice feature from PayU ?
A : Please get in touch with your key account manager (PayU) for the same.
Q : How can I get email notification for me or for my customers ?
A : You can turn on the email notification from merchant dashboard by clicking onto “My Account > System settings”.
